
Back pain is perhaps one of the most annoying health conditions. The consistent pain does not let you do anything else. People suffering from back pain also experience problems in mobility. Hug Knees to Chest. Simply lie flat on your back with arms parallel to your body. Slowly but steadily bring your knees towards your chest. If you are experiencing back pain, this may be a little difficult but keep trying to get your knees as close to your chest as possible. When your knees are against your chest, hold them as if you are hugging your knees. Hold for 15 seconds and then come back to your normal position.
Torso Twists. Stand on the ground with your feet wide apart. Now bring your arms parallel to the floor. Stand straight and turn your torso to the left. Make sure that your feet are firmly stuck to the ground. The idea is to turn your torso while your feet remain straight. Now turn to your right. Repeat these at least 15 times.Cat Stretch. Lie down on the floor with your arms and hands parallel to your body. Now take a deep breath. As you exhale lift your back up and look towards the ceiling. Make sure that when you lift up, the portion descending your torso should be touching the floor.These simple and easy exercises if practiced on a regular basis can help you get rid of back pain.
